Refereed journal on Water Research
Groundwater is part of the water cycle. It is the water located beneath the earth's surface in soil pore spaces and in the fractures of rock formations. It is stored in and moves slowly through geologic formations of soil, sand and rocks called aquifers. The depth at which soil pore spaces or fractures and voids in rock become completely saturated with water is called the water table and this water is called groundwater. Journal of Hydrogeology and Hydrologic Engineering (JHHE) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. JHHE is a new frontier among the Journals on Wate and Research aims to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc. in all major themes pertaining to the distribution and movement of groundwater in the Earth's crust and making them available online freely without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide. Journal of Hydrogeology and Hydrologic Engineering focuses on the topics that include: Water use and Desalination, Water Quality, Water Resources, Waste water treatment, Aquifier tests, Solid and hazardous waste management, Hydrology Modelling, Stormwater Planning, Modeling and Management, Floodway Analysis, Ecohydrology, Hydroinformatics, Ground water quality & Analysis and Erosion & Sedimentation Control. A standard peer-review processing is performed by the editorial board members of JHHE or outside experts; at least two independent reviewers approval followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript.
