Abstract

Transverse Sacral Fractures: Report of Three Cases/strong>

Transverse sacral fractures are rare pathologies that frequently associate with neurological deficits, predominantly with sphincter problems. Their treatment is controversial. However there is a trend to surgical treatment in last year’s, especially in the cases with neurological deficits.
