Abstract
Three Losses and Three Diversities- How high is enough for Tsunami Barrier?
How high is enough for Tsunami barrier? Are the nuclear power stations located not on the sea shore free from the risk like the Fukushima-Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Accident?
This editorial points out three key words of root causes why the accident developed to such a huge scale and proposes countermeasures against the root causes. All nuclear power station should seriously consider three losses and three diversities conforming to site geological and environmental conditions.
