About Stomach Diseases

Gastropathy is a general term which refers to the diseases of the stomach. Generally inflammation of stomach leads to diseases such as Gastritis, Gastroenteritis and in chronic conditions it leads to Gastric cancer. Many stomach diseases are associated with infections caused by Helicobacter pylori such as Peptic Ulcer which is an open sore and often it is either Gastric Ulcer or Duodenal Ulcer and Non- Ulcer Dyspepsia. Other diseases include Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain Syndrome and Gastroparesis.
