Symptoms of Palindromic rheumatism are Hot and tender joints, The skin over the joint looking red, Inflamed, painful and swollen tendons and areas around the joint (the periarticular area), Feeling generally unwell, Fatigue, Mild fever and Nodules under the skin near affected joints.
