Cardiovascular diseases is the leading cause of death in most of the developed countries.In cardiovascular applications biomaterials can be used as heart valves,cardiac pacemaker, stent grafts,vascular grafts,blood vessel prostheses that improves cardiac function. These are biocompatible and non hazardous to human body.
