Abstract
Role of Posterolateral Distractive Fusion of Lumbar Spine: Clinical and Radiographic Results
The diagnosis of painful degenerative disc disease remains one of the most controversial topics in the spine literature. The pathodynamics of degeneration is loss of disc height, which leads to facet displacement and arthrosis with resulting entrapment of the nerve roots in the compromised nerve root canal.
