Recording in a Spa Destination (Ourense, Spain): Hospital Central Series: A New Experience for the Viewer
The thermal tourism and the audiovisual sector have become two important components of the entertainment industry now-a-days. The thermal tourism, both in its recreational and health aspect, as well as the various audiovisual products, are significant in the leisure time spent by consumers today. Both fields have evolved notably of independent in spite of being able to cooperate between them with the aim to obtain synergies. A same consumer can show interest by the audiovisual sector and the thermal tourism. An excellent opportunity is presented for establishments and spa destinations to arrive to big number of potential consumers through its placement and viewing in audiovisual products, especially films and fiction series. An example of this, the case Ourense, spa capital, will be showed; a city viewed by thousands of viewers through one fiction series of high recognition.
