Abstract
Tyrosinase and Tyrosinase Inhibitors
From a commercial enzyme extract juice with purpose to stabilize it in the industry, has been able to extract an extract rich in beta-galactosidase activity. It has been designed to extract and purification protocol based on polyethyleneimine SUPPORTS agarose activated with next purification yields 80%.
