Intracranial tuberculoma in new born is a rare occurrence. It is also a diagnostic difficulty due to its rarity and atypical clinical manifestations. We report a one week 2,500 grams neonate born from a para-ii mother at a gestational age of 35 weeks in Felege Hiwot Hospital. The mother had three antenatal follow up during which she was diagnosed as new TB case and started treatment three months prior to her delivery.
