Abstract

Avm has rarely appeared in the bone of maxillofacial region 14years old girl had avm in the right side of the mandible from the angle to the midline. Angiography was done to detect the feeders. Femoral Catheterization with subtraction images was used to blockage the feeders lingual, submental and inferior alveolar vascular surgeon was in our team. The chemical material was absolute alcohol injected into the lesion under GA. The lesion completely disappears.
