Abstract
In recent decades, such a classic platform has been experiencing new challenges due to the rapid growth of technologies and the demand of the population in high-quality medical service. Moreover, digital technologies offer the possibility of explosive expansion of the potential of various diagnostic and therapeutic tools and systems. The literature search shows that digital health technologies became highly sought due to recent pandemics, including COVID-19. The fast spread of COVID-19 through all countries has stimulated the necessity to find solutions to prevent, localize, and treat the life-threatening viral infection. In the 21st century, nursing faced the challenges of exhibiting competent information technology skills. Nursing informatics and the use of information technology are essential components that support modern nurses’ jobs. However, there are limited studies that provide comprehensive data on the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) on nursing care. The effect of technology on culture is multifaceted, with both positive and negative consequences. Technology has transformed the ways in which people create, consume, and share cultural content, leading to new forms of artistic expression, communication, and interaction. However, it has also brought about challenges related to the erosion of traditional cultural practices, the homogenization of culture, and the rise of digital divides. Technology, particularly the internet and social media, has enabled the rapid exchange of cultural ideas, values, and practices on a global scale. This increased connectedness has facilitated cross-cultural understanding and collaboration, enabling people to learn about and appreciate diverse cultures. At the same time, it has led to the spread of global popular culture, which can sometimes overshadow or displace local customs and traditions.
