Abstract
People must interact with each other to sell their products and buy other necessary goods or services, as no one can own or produce everything. Their cooperation may be virtual or inperson; many prefer to work virtually since it is a new, more convenient interaction, saving time and traveling expenses. Successfully exchanging their products in competitive, highly controlled industries means delivering high-quality services and goods, appropriately interacting with collaborators, and holding professional behaviour aligned with social norms. Expertise in the domain prepared for is mandatory. All these elements define professionalism. Unprofessional conduct in daily work may originate in a lack of knowledge in their field or an inability to handle data in practice quickly and efficiently; it may be due to genetics or work impairment from other medical conditions. People with various backgrounds are frequently assigned to positions that do not fit their education. If they are not trained according to job requirements, errors in the production process with product defects will appear, dissatisfying them and consumers and affecting their professional reputation. Evidence in clinical practice has shown that deceptive people interactions can lead to depression, arterial hypertension, dyslipidaemia, type 2 diabetes, and even brain haemorrhage in vulnerable individuals. Business continuity supposes effective people collaboration, ensuring their safety and positive achievements for professional and social life.
