Abstract

Data Science's rapid evolution, particularly in machine learning (ML), drives innovation across diverse applications. Yet, businesses grapple with the daunting challenge of keeping pace. Establishing internal ML teams, managing projects, and deploying tools remain costly endeavours. Larger enterprises struggle with expenditures when projects fall short. Amidst the cloud's ubiquity, heightened cyber threats intensify security measures and regulations. Consequently, accessing essential datasets becomes arduous for data scientists and ML teams. However, Data Science, harnessed optimally, promises transformative business outcomes. This is where DataClear Consult emerges as a solution. By ameliorating entry barriers for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), DataClear Consult facilitates access to skilled talents, modern frameworks, and collaborative data teams. Our strategic framework incorporates coordination, collaboration, communication, analytics team formation, project definition, stakeholder alignment, data-driven strategies, and insights delivery. This approach is exemplified through a pivotal case study: the "Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)," showcasing its potential to enrich patient care outcomes and mitigate cyber threats. With moderate costs and advocacy for SME awareness, our approach cultivates an environment conducive to its adoption. The proposed framework also extends its utility to other researchers for creating novel methodologies or rejuvenating existing ones. In essence, DataClear Consult offers a comprehensive remedy to the challenges of data science adoption and implementation, fostering a data-powered era. Recent Publications: 1. Attaran, M., Deb, P.
