Abstract
Healthcare system in India is vitally to construct a bond of care and affection with human society. Changes are needed in the practice of nursing. In practice, co-created, innovative, evidence-based models of care can open new roles for registered nurses and advanced practice registered nurses who have leadership, knowledge and team skills to ameliorate quality and address system change. The prominence of nurses in health care ought to be underlined for attempting to create a better task force for better quality of care for all. There are innumerable challenges which are faced by the Indian nurses in the health care system and managing it. This study intends to present the timely discussions pertaining to the problems and solutions of Indian nursing healthcare sector having various perspectives. Also, to find out the strategies used in promoting and enhancing the nursing healthcare domain and its management before figuring out its positive results.
Biography
Sonia Dhawan completed her General Nursing and Midwifery diploma at the age of 24 in which she learned about the health care of patients and had a factual practice of nursing by doing internships in miscellaneous hospitals. Inspired by this, she has once again stepped into a new alma mater and pursuing post basic B.sc nursing. She aspires to pursue her career in the nursing field to become a professional nurse and emanate the scope and knowledge of nursing as it is the exigency of her country’s healthcare sector.
