Abstract
The Library of Special Visual Effects is a unique collection of thousands of visual effects involving from backgrounds to objects and logos, suitable for Broadcast and production, created by Ed Darino. This database has been curetted using graphics in motion and animated clips from analog to digital technology, licensed in more than 62 coutries from Europe to Central and LatinoAmerica, Asia, Canada and US. Ed will discuss his techniques, software and equipment used through the years and illustrate some of his work.
Biography
Eduardo Darino has made animation for over 60 years, is a Fullbright Fellow, has an MFA from New York University Film, has teached at Pratt Institute the past 26 years and created The Library of Special Effects plus hundreds of ID Logos for Broadcast International Networks, besides hundreds of television programs.
