Abstract
Identifying components of Infection Prevention Control (IPC) services throughout Sudan nurse’s primary health care and explored local priorities, provided indicators of successes and how they were measured, and highlighted facilitators and barriers to success of an optimal IPC service during pandemic COVID-19 in 2020. The problem statement: Sudan Nurses working in primary health care during the COVID-19 pandemic and how they experienced modern Infection Prevention Control (IPC) obstacles, facilitators, local priorities, success factors and the outcome. My research has reported that nurses with these experiences perspective have not been previously studied. The purpose of this study is to describe the experience and finding among the (PHC NURSE) and way of application of (IPC) during COVID-19. Methodology & theoretical orientation: Questionnaire paper among (60 PHC) nurses throughout Khartoum state. The PHC nurses in this study will be very active in achieving the benefit of the simplest elements of health. They goanna face many gaps to keep primary nursing care available and continuous despite the obstacles in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Reham Mohamed Abdalla Bakri is a Nursing specialist with strong practical experience in primary health care. She is a professional with more than six years of practice in nursing and triage management, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. She has Strong medical and pharmacological standards of care in the hospital or in the place of practice. She is interested in development and innovation. She is a Teaching Lecturer and Clinical Trainer in Adult medical Surgical Nursing. She worked in a profession for three years between a lecturer and head of the Department Information using innovative mechanisms, including modern methods, even those that emerged after the COVID-19 pandemic. She Attracts attention and conveys information flexibly through the use of computer skills and experiences in teaching methods and scientific research Modern applications and e-learning. She always strive to build a generation of nurses are able to understand their customers and patients communicate with them in human values being familiar with Evidence of the global system.
