Developing moral intelligence to reduce bullying among school students

Abstract
Determine the problem of the study School bullying is a psychological phenomenon that spreads among school students from the primary stage to the secondary stage and this phenomenon has recently been shed light on, because of its negative effects on the individual and society and studies indicate that the most educational stage affected by the phenomenon of bullying is the preparatory stage for what It witnesses developmental changes that occur in the student’s personality and affect him in the future. The more aggressive student tends to bully, the isolated student is more likely to be bullied (victim) and the passive student prefers to be a spectator of the scene (the bullying scene) does not participate in advising the bully or helping the victim and all of these models are from. The personalities are rejected models and bring out to society abnormal and immature personalities at the personal and social level. The researcher believes that the moral intelligence of school students must be developed in order to reduce and confront the widespread bullying phenomenon among students.
The problem of bullying among adolescent students is one of the serious problems that threaten security in the educational environment. Despite this, there is no optimal interest in this problem in Arab societies, whether in terms of the spread of this problem or statistics about the practice of bullying in the educational environment or even Arab diagnostic tools. While observing the researcher in her work and looking at studies related to moral intelligence and school bullying, the researcher noticed the rise of the phenomenon of school bullying, which is related to moral influences and which affected bullying students. Benefiting from educational programs, and the one who bully (the bully) and the one who is the victim (the victim) both suffer from a psychological and social problem and we often find the families of the victims of bullying do not know anything about what is happening to their children at school.
