Abstract
It is seen that there are great changes in the individual qualifications needed depending on today's developments. In order for individuals to become qualified individuals, they need to be educated with innovative approaches. Education and training is defined as a process that is indispensable in every aspect of individuals' lives and in which individuals must improve themselves. In particular, individuals' undergraduate education constitutes the most important part of this process. In undergraduate education, the basic element of this process is the curriculum. Research shows that changes need to be made in the curriculum so that individuals can receive education with innovative approaches in the education process. Curriculum changes have been made in order to apply innovative approaches in many professional groups where undergraduate education is provided, such as nursing, midwifery, health management, business administration, economics, etc. Curriculum change; It covers topics such as information system, professional practices, field studies, professional policies, legislation, etc. Especially in applied sciences and numeric fields, individuals use innovative methods such as computers, internet, artificial intelligence, robotics, etc. while receiving education. Thus, they can achieve the desired individual characteristics.
Biography
Zehra UNAL is Assist Prof Dr in the Department of Surgical Diseases Nursing. She has been working in Department of Surgical Diseases Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Hitit University, Corum, Turkey since 2013.
