A diagnostic and therapeutic protocol is presented through a clinical case of a patient with occlusal, ocular, muscular and general muscular dysfunctional pathology since childhood, who is currently redirecting his life thanks to a diagnostic protocol and initial therapeutic planning. The diagnosis protocol starts from a new concept the “Physiological Gnatological Squaring” to replace the physiological position of the jaws, the physiological cranial mandibular relation, and the responses of the CNS and general responses of the patient, the interrelation with the plasticity channels cerebral.
