Skin resurfacing can be done with different procedures like fractional CO2 laser, RF sublative or different chemical peelings. The final goal is to have better skin texture with minimal downtime. The idea of this technique is to open micro wholes in epidermal structure with micro sublative Rf energy and allow chemical structure to penetrate to the deeper skin layers without damaging the superficial epidermal layer. With this technique skin redness is reduced and there is minimal downtime and the effect can be compared with deeper peeling. The technique is safe and the result is long lasting. Synergic biomodulation effect of chemical peeling and RF energy gives us better and faster final result with reasonable downtime.
