Abstract

In the modern era of adhesive dentistry, one of the most important requirements is the maximum preservation of healthy tooth tissues. Today, the introduction of the latest technology in the production of dental materials allowed composite materials to achieve perfection. Now, the aesthetic and biomechanical characteristics of composite materials conform all modern requirements. All this led to the emergence of minimally invasive restoration techniques, and completely changed clinical thinking and approaches in restoration treatment. The correct minimally invasive approach is based on a biomechanical analysis. Full and correct biomechanical analysis gives us an opportunity to accurately determine the restoration prediction.
