Homeopathy the science of Nano-medicine with philosophy of holistic healing is currently being explained as evidence based medicine. With the rise of non – communicable disease menstrual disorder expected to get hiked around 11.2% in the reproductive age group and 50% found in the teenagers(1). PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is a complex phenomenon which can be misinterpreted with PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease). With this prevalence of PCOS many hormonal therapy are been used for bringing the ovulatory phase back in the menstrual stages. In such therapy’s side effects are involved with various secondary complications. Homeopathy in such cases has shown miraculous results which have brought the ovulatory phase in regulation with the females for the conception. These results are based on the evidence of Ultrasonography scanning and the hormonal assay. Homeopathic case taking is an essence of understanding individual in diagnosing his personality and sensation for the prescription of similimum(2). This practising method is analytical interpreted through the reportorial tool used in differentiating various remedies with same rubrics which lead towards final remedy for prescription (3,6). Homeopathic medicine are claimed to be placebo as the dilutions limit crosses above the avagadro’s limit where no molecules are interpreted to be present i.e 12C potency(1024dilution) although attempts have made in identifying these nanoparticles in medicine but its mechanism is still an unknown fact(7). As these medicine are prepared with the method of potentization (1:9 as Decimal scale and 1:99 as Centesimal scale) having ratio of drug as 1 part and 9 part’s or 99 parts of vehicle used as ethanol(4,5). With such serial dilution the following cases of PCOS has shown an excellent result and economical cost effective for the patients taking homeopathic medicine.
