Abstract
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: A Review of Management Outcomes in a Low Resource Setting
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrinopathy of women within the reproductive age affecting about 6-8% of this age group. It is a heterogeneous collection of signs and symptoms that together form a spectrum of disorders with mild presentation in some, while in others presents with severe disturbance of reproductive, endocrine and metabolic functions.
