Abstract
Unusual Ulcerated Nodules of Scalp with Histological Proof of Cutaneous Metastasis Derived from Prostate Cancer: Report of a Case
Abstract:
Cutaneous metastases of prostatic adenocarcinoma are rare, especially far from the tumor site. The location at the scalp is unusual. It is a marker of poor prognosis. Markers of prostatic origin have a great contribution diagnosis, particularly the prostate specific antigen (PSA). We present a case of ulcerated nodules of scalp revealing metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma with positive Prostatic Specific Antigen (PSA) markers in skin biopsy.
