Pepper Soup a Rich Source of Proteins- Food, Nutrition and Health

Abstract

A soup is a liquefied food prepared by boiling fish, meat or vegetable stock as a base. Soups generally accompany main meals as well as rouse appetite for food.  According to Lingenfelter and Scott, seasonings, which are also ingredients used in soup making are composed of notable list of phyto-nutrients, essential oils, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that are essential for good health.
