Abstract
Designing Business Model for Small Tourism Enterprise: Creative Tourism Perspective
Creative tourism market and concept have gained increasing attention, numerous enterprises have begun investing in this industry and transforming themselves to better suits it. This study presents the concept of creative tourism destinations, examines the development of 15 creative tourism enterprises in Taiwan. We adapt that Morris, et al. proposed a six-component framework for characterizing a business model, and utilizes phenomenographic approach to explore creative tourism enterprises business model. The discussion of enterprise-level business models in the tourism industry is taken as a focus to enrich the research of creative tourism.
