Abstract
COVID-19 infection is upon us. Unlike a seasonal flu that commonly goes away when spring time comes, COVID-19 seems to behave like “comes and stays”. Although the first wave affecting the United States may soon come to an end in the weeks ahead under the “lockdown” condition, there is no good way to prevent the second wave, or third wave to attack us when the society is reopened [1]. How can we then reopen our society for a productive economy without the assurance that the infection is under control or the majority is immunologically protected? And how are we going to defend ourselves when the next season comes in just few months?
