Abstract
Assessment of cKIT (CD117) Expression in Canine Nasal Adenocarcinoma
Receptor tyrosine kinases, such as cKIT, are one of many major cell-signaling pathways for cell proliferation and growth. cKIT signaling pathways are up-regulated and abnormally activated in many different tumour types and therefore are a potential target for oncological therapy.
