We describe a rare case of synchronous primary lung cancer presenting with Mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) and adenocarcinoma. Very few cases have been documented with both MEC and adenocarcinoma occurring simultaneously. A review of the literature concerning synchronous primary lung cancers with this combination is also presented.
