Abstract
Pleomorphic adenoma is a rare type of major salivary gland tumour that occurs in the nasal septum. We present the case of a 40-year-old woman with pleomorphic adenoma. A CT scan was performed and a well-defined soft tissue lesion at the left anterior nostril was found. An endonasal endoscopic excision of the mass was achieved. To reach the free margin of the mass, the perichondrium of the nasal septum was dissected. The post-operative course was uneventable.
