Abstract
Sheehan’s syndrome is a rare disease which cause hypopituitarism, occurs as a result of ischemic necrosis in pituitary gland due to severe postpartum bleeding. We report a rare case of dizygotic twin pregnancy induced by gonadotropin therapy and in vitro fertilization (IVF) in a 30 years old Korean woman with Sheehan’s syndrome. The patient had been on hydrocortisone, L-thyroxine and insulin therapy because of pre gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy. She and her babies were well following Cesarian section at 36 weeks of gestation.
