Hybrid model Journals on Nanomedicine

Journal of Nanomaterials & Molecular Nanotechnology (JNMN) is a peer reviewed subscription based Journal which aims to publish the multi disciplinary aspects of Nanomedicine and its related sciences. Journal of Nanomaterials & Molecular Nanotechnology is a new frontier among the scientific Journals on Nanomedicine, that focuses on the topics that include: Nanotoxicology, Nanomedical Sciences, Nanotechnology approaches to biology, Nanochemistry with biological applications, Nanomedical devices for diagnosis and treatment, Interactions of nanomaterials with- cells, tissues, and living organisms, Biology-inspired nanomaterials, Regenerative medicine, Therapeutic approaches and drug discovery using Nanoparticles; and making them available online freely without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide. Journal of Nanomaterials & Molecular Nanotechnology (JNMN) successfully executes Hybrid model for its publications. A hybrid model means a sponsored Open Access model where the subscription model journal though publishers offer authors the possibility to pay for Open Access. The current scientific era’s demanding need for hybridizing Subscription and Open option has led to the emergence of SciTechnol Refereed Hybrid Journal- Journal of Nanomaterials & Molecular Nanotechnology that grants various advantages to its authors as well as the subscribers. The preference of researchers/authors for their articles’ high visibility and usage, more citations, more readers and more feedback, that ultimately evaluates the h-index, has contributed significantly to the transition of SciTechnol subscription journals into Hybrid Journals. The open option thus sustains to be the mode of publication when scientific productivity and impact forms one of the loci of interest to the researchers. JNMN Hybrid model offer authors the choice of publishing their work via customary method of access to articles via subscription OR open access (making individual articles freely available online) with a fee applicable to the authors, their institutions or funders. The Hybrid Model, hence, presents the authors with two options: to pay a publication charge (open option) OR not to pay the publication charge (subscription).
