Abstract
Management Development Program: An Epirical Approach
Management Development (MD) is a conscious and systematic process to control the development of managerial resources in the organization for the achievement of an antirational goals and strategies. Many organizational analyses have over the years been struck with the analogy of the biological organism and the work organization. They have identified four or sometimes five stages in the organizational cycle. Study of these cycles may help in management development, but there are constraints in the way.
