Is the Consumption of Oats Safe for Celiac Disease Patients? A Review of Literature
While the toxic effect of wheat, barley and rye is already well established in celiac disease, the safety of oats consumption has been long debated. Considering the greater variety this grain could provide to the diet of these individuals, the study of its inclusion in the celiac’s diet becomes essential.
