Abstract
Intramedullary Spinal Cord Hemorrhage Associated with Cardiac Ischemia
Intramedullary spinal cord hemorrhage (hematomyelia) is an uncommon cause of myelopathy. In this case, we reported a 22-year old female who presented with quadriplegia and neck pain.Spine MRI showed that the patient’s symptoms were secondary to intramedullary spinal cord hemorrhage in C1-C7. CT angiography revealed an earthworm-like cervical arteriovenous malformation originating from the right subclavian artery.
