"Immunodiagnostics is a methodology that uses an antigen-antibody reaction as its primary means of detection. It can detect the smallest of amounts of biochemical substances. The techniques used involves the use of a probe that is usually a fluorescent label, radiolabel, or color-forming enzyme, which is conjugated with the antibodies specific for a desired antigen. This technique is used in various applications like pregnancy tests, ELISA, immunoblotting, immunohistochemical staining of microscope slides. Immunodiagnostic techniques are simple to carry out and it ensures speed and accuracy for which there has been considerable development in the techniques.

The Journal uses Editorial Manager System to maintain quality review process. Editorial Manager is an online manuscript submission, review and tracking system. Review process is performed by the editorial board members of Journal of Primary & Acquired Immunodeficiency Research; the validation by at least two independent reviewers followed by the editor’s approval is required for the acceptance of any citable manuscript for publication in the Journal.
