Journals on Hydroinformatics
Hydroinformatics is a branch of informatics which concentrates on the application of information and communications technologies (ICTs) in addressing the increasingly serious problems of the equitable and efficient use of water for many different purposes. Hydroinformatics is the application or adaptation of information technology to hydrology and water resources studies or applications. It addresses the increasingly serious problems of the equitable and efficient use of water for many different purposes. Hydroinformatics integrates hydraulics, hydrology, environmental engineering and many other disciplines. Hydroinformatics uses simulation modelling and information and communication technology to help in solving problems of hydraulics, hydrology and environmental engineering for better management of water-based systems. Journal of Hydrogeology and Hydrologic Engineering (JHHE) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. JHHE is a new frontier among the Journals on Hydroinformatics and aims to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc. in all major themes pertaining to Hydroinformatics related research; and making them available online freely without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide. Journal of Hydrogeology and Hydrologic Engineering focuses on the topics that include: Computational Hydraulics, Water use and Desalination, Water Quality, Water Resources, Waste water treatment, Aquifier tests, Solid and hazardous waste management, Hydrology Modelling, Stormwater Planning, Modeling and Management, Floodway Analysis, Ecohydrology, Hydroinformatics, Ground water quality & Analysis and Erosion & Sedimentation Control.
