Dr. Yujun George Zheng is currently an associate professor of Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry at University of Georgia. Dr. Yujun George Zheng completed his B.S. (1995) and M.S. (1998) in Chemistry from Peking University, Beijing, China. In 2002, Dr. Yujun George Zheng completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry from university of Miami, Florida. He carried out his Postdoctoral Training in Pharmacology from The Johns Hopkins University and completed the same in 2006.

Dr. Yujun George Zheng’s research interests includes Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Discovery, Organic Synthesis, Chemical Biology, Bioorganic Chemistry, Epigenetics, Histone Modification, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Enzymology, Biophysics, and Bioinformatics.
