Biography
Dr. Li-Ting (Grace) Yang received her M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She joined the faculty at the University of South Carolina in the fall of 2011. Prior to joining academia, she held the executive positions in several upper upscale international hotels for more than 15 years. Because of her extensive hotel executive experience, Dr. Yang has taught a wide range of hospitality management courses in several major hospitality programs including Taiwan and the U.S. Before joining USC, she was an adjunct professor at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2009, Dr. Yang was awarded the title of Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
