Biography
Dr. Wahba is Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and Renal Section Chief at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. He is a graduate of Cairo University in Egypt. He completed his nephrology fellowship at the Oregon Health & Science University. He has served on the Chronic Kidney Disease Advisory Group of the American Society of Nephrology, and as a KSAP writer. His clinical interests are in the broad field of nephrology especially in drug dosing and nephrotoxicity in kidney disease and dialysis, the cardiorenal syndrome, and resistant hypertension.

Drug dosing in CKD and ESRD, drug nephrotoxicity and safety, and the cardiorenal syndrome.
