Dr. Igor A. Levitsky is the Principal Scientist at Emitech Inc Fall River MA USA and Adjunct Assistant Professor in Department of Chemistry the University of Rhode Island RI, USA. Dr. Levitsky earned his PhD in the Institute for Low Temperature Physics 1991, Ukraine. He has published more than 40 regular articles one review and he is coauthor of five US patents. Dr. Levitsky's experience includes work at MIT Department of Chemistry from 1997-199 and Brown University, Department of Physics and Engineering, 2001. He is the potential reviewer of peer reviewed journals in the area of nanotechnology material science physics.
