Dr. Felix Jaetae Seo is a Professor of Physics at Hampton University, USA. He is currently the Director of the Advanced Center for Laser Science and Spectroscopy, and Group Leader of Nanophotonics and Quantum Optics. Prof. Seo has authored and co-authored over 350 publications and presentations in the last two decades. He is currently serving as an Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Photonics and Optoelectronics, Editorial Board of International Journal of Optics Science, Journal of Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Physics, Open Spectroscopy Journal, Optics and Photonics Journal, International Journal of Advanced Physics Research and Editorial Advisory Board of the Open Applied Physics Journal.

Dr. Seo research interest include Interactions and dynamics of photon and localized energies in nanoscale materials and structures.
