Biography
Dr. Christopher W. Bielawski is a professor in the Department of Chemistry at the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST). After receiving a PhD in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), he launched his independent career at the University of Texas at Austin where he lead several projects aimed at the synthesis of novel macromolecular materials. More recently, he moved his research program to Ulsan and joined the Institute for Basic Science, a new initiative in South Korea. He has published more than 250 papers and has given more than 150 lectures at various conferences and universities. He has also served on the editorial boards for a broad range of international and interdisciplinary journals.
