Subscription Based Biomedical Informatics Journal
The Journal of Diagnostic Techniques and Biomedical Analysis is a Subscription Based Biomedical Informatics Journal. The Journal of Diagnostic Techniques and Biomedical Analysis do not charge any publication fee from the authors for getting their manuscripts published under subscription. However, JDTBA follows a unique "Hybrid Modal" where the author can publish the article as Open Access. Thus JDTBA is enriched with the benefits of subscription and effectiveness of open access. Biomedical informatics lacks a clear and theoretically grounded definition. Many proposed definitions focus on data, information, and knowledge, but do not provide an adequate definition of these terms. Biomedical Informatics is the science of managing information for health care, research, education, and administration by applying, integrating, and evaluating information technology along with its associated policies, procedures, and organizational cultures. This includes the study of all forms of information technology from paper through to high performance computers. Biomedical informatics is the science of information as applied to or studied in the context of biomedicine.
