Abstract
Congenital cholesteatoma is an intriguing entity with 71% cases being detected on the basis of clinical examination in the age group of 4 to 5 years. We present an extensive case of inner ear congenital cholesteatoma in an adult male who presented with multiple intratemporal and intracranial complications.
