With the objective of isolation and identification of endophytic fungi from the mangrove roots, this study was carried out in the roots of three different mangrove plants; Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucornata and Bruguiera gymnorrhiza found along the coast south Andaman, Andaman sea, India.
