The Protected Area (PA) is one of the in situ conservation measures adopted globally for the conservation of species, habitats and ecosystems. Shikari Devi Wildlife Sanctuary (SDWLS) is one of the diverse evergreen protected forests situated in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, India.
