Dr. Katerina P Skenderi completed his PhD in Biochemistry and Immunology from Ethniko kai Kapodistriakon PANEPISTIMIO Athinon. She is a Teaching and Research Assistant in Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Harokopio University of Athens.
