Biography
Jonathan Tward, MD, PhD, a Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) physician and investigator, is an assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Utah. He is a member of the multidisciplinary genitourinary, gastrointestinal cancer teams. Tward is a member of the University of Utah’s Institutional Review Board. He is also a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and serves on their Government Relations committee. Tward is also a member of the American Brachytherapy Society, the Utah Medical Association, and numerous other medical societies.
Tward earned a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned a PhD in biochemistry and an MD at Tufts University, Boston
